Fissler Glass Lid

The heat-resistant glass lid allows Vitaquick® and Vitavit® Premium pressure cookers to be used like standard pots. The tightly closing lid allows for convenient visual cooking without losing flavor or energy.

Fissler Metal Lid

The additional heat-resistant metal lid also allows pressure-free cooking in all pressure cookers. Thanks to its precise fit, the 10.2 in Fissler metal lid retains heat and flavor during cooking.

Pressure Cooker Accessory – Solid Insert (incl. Trivet)

The solid insert functions as a cooking insert. It allows you to easily prepare an additional dish with stock or sauce when cooking in layers. Because of its closed bottom, no liquid escapes – enabling food to cook just like in a regular pot.

The perforated insert is also called a steam insert. Its special perforation allows steam from water or broth to circulate freely – gently and aromatically steaming delicate foods such as fish or tender vegetables.

Each insert includes a trivet that prevents the food from sitting in the liquid used to generate steam.

Which Parts Should Be Replaced?

For safety reasons, the sealing ring of the pressure cooker should be replaced every 2 years or after 400 cooking cycles. In rare cases, and possibly due to improper use, the cooking valves should also be replaced to ensure the safe operation of the pressure cooker:
