Made in Germany with a 15-year warranty. For optimal performance: Preheat using the water droplet test. Heat the pan on medium until a drop of water beads and glides across the surface. Add a high smoke point oil (like avocado, grapeseed, or refined coconut), let it shimmer, then begin cooking. This method helps prevent sticking and delivers a perfect sear.
