The Fissler x Ankarsrum The Healthy Cooking Giveaway (the “Sweepstakes”) is sponsored by Fissler America Inc., 500 Post Road East, 2nd Floor, Suite 201, Westport, CT 06880 (“Fissler”), and Ankarsrum Inc. (“Ankarsrum”), 120 Rachel Dr., Ste A, Canton, GA 30115 (collectively, the “Sponsors”).
1. ELIGIBILITY
The Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older (or the age of majority in their jurisdiction, whichever is greater) at the time of entry.
Employees, officers, and directors of the Sponsors, their respective parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising or promotion agencies, and immediate family members (spouse, parent, sibling, child) or members of the same household of any such employee are not eligible.
Void where prohibited by law. The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
2. AGREEMENT TO OFFICIAL RULES
By participating, entrants agree to be fully and unconditionally bound by these Official Rules and by the decisions of the Sponsors, which are final and binding in all matters relating to the Sweepstakes.
3. SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD
The Sweepstakes begins at 12:00 AM ET on February 23, 2026, and ends at 11:59 PM ET on February 27, 2026 (the “Sweepstakes Period”).
Sponsors’ servers shall be the official time-keeping device. The winner will be randomly selected on or about March 5, 2026.
4. HOW TO ENTER (INSTAGRAM ONLY)
This Sweepstakes is conducted exclusively on Instagram, though it may be promoted via email, homepage banners, and paid media.
To enter:
1. You must have a public Instagram account.
2. During the Sweepstakes Period:
o Follow @FisslerUSA on Instagram, and
o Follow @AnkarsrumUSA on Instagram, and
o Like the official “The Healthy Cooking Giveaway” post that is co-created/collaborated by both brands.
Limit one (1) entry per person per Instagram account during the Sweepstakes Period.
Entries generated by script, macro, bot, or automated means are void. Private Instagram accounts are not eligible, as Sponsors must be able to verify entry actions. Sponsors reserve the right to request proof of following and post interaction for verification purposes.
Normal Internet or mobile data charges may apply. Sponsors are not responsible for technical failures, incomplete entries, or platform outages.
5. PRIZE
One (1) winner will receive the following prize package (collectively, the “Prize”):
• One (1) Ankarsrum Assistent Original Stand Mixer
Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): $799.95
• One (1) Ankarsrum Blender with Tamper
ARV: $129.95
• One (1) Fissler Vitavit® Premium 6.3-Quart Pressure Cooker with Insert
ARV: $449.95
Total ARV of Prize: $1,379.85
No substitution, transfer, or cash equivalent permitted, except at Sponsors’ sole discretion. Sponsors reserve the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable.
6. ODDS
Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period.
7. WINNER SELECTION & NOTIFICATION
The winner will be randomly selected on or about March 5, 2026, following verification of eligible entries. The potential winner will be notified via Instagram direct message from an official Sponsor account. The winner must respond within five (5) days of notification or the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected.
Winner may be required to complete and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability Release, and (where lawful) Publicity Release prior to prize fulfillment.
8. TAXES & WINNER RESPONSIBILITIES
The winner is solely responsible for any and all federal, state, and local taxes, fees, or other costs associated with receipt or use of the Prize.
Sponsors may issue an IRS Form 1099-MISC for the total ARV of the Prize, as required by law. By accepting the Prize, the winner acknowledges this responsibility.
9. PUBLICITY RIGHTS
Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of the Prize constitutes consent for Sponsors to use the winner’s name, Instagram handle, likeness, image, and/or statements for promotional, advertising, and publicity purposes in any media, worldwide, without additional compensation or notice.
10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
By entering, entrants agree to release and hold harmless the Sponsors, Instagram, Meta Platforms, Inc., and each of their respective affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and representatives from any liability, injury, loss, or damage arising from participation in the Sweepstakes or acceptance, use, or misuse of the Prize.
11. INSTAGRAM DISCLAIMER
This Sweepstakes is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram or Meta Platforms, Inc.
By entering, entrants release Instagram from all responsibility related to the Sweepstakes.
12. GENERAL CONDITIONS
Sponsors reserve the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond Sponsors’ reasonable control impairs the integrity of the Sweepstakes.
Sponsors reserve the right to disqualify any entrant who violates these Official Rules or tampers with the entry process.
13. GOVERNING LAW
The Sweepstakes shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Connecticut, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in state or federal courts located in Connecticut.
