The Fissler serving pan body with two space-saving, side handles made of polished stainless steel, an extra high rim, and a large frying surface for comfortable, spill-free stirring and turning. Serve dishes directly on the table with the two space-saving metal side handles. The Fissler Superthermic base of the Fissler Pure Collection serving pan ensures even heat distribution on all types of stoves, including induction. Ultimately, the serving pan is suitable for ovens up to 230 °C (450 °F) and for cleaning in the dishwasher.
